Return Policy

The return or exchange of a product is a right for all our customers, and it includes all the products we offer on our shop.

All the products offered on our shop are subject to the exchange policy, BUT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE, YOUR ITEM MUST CONTAIN THESE CONDITIONS: 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase. You will have 14 days to return the items. The period starts the day your package was delivered.

There are several conditions:

The item must be returned in its original condition.

The item must be unused.

The item must not be washed.

The item must be returned with all tags attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

You can return the items using a courier of your choice.

Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of the shipping costs for the return.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at tagnabrand@gmail.com - Instagram -  If your exchange is accepted, the shipping company we work with will send you a delivery person to pick up your package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

For defected items, you may request a return at tagnabrand@gmail.com - Instagram.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
